Conspiracy to Murder Trial Commences at the Central Criminal Court

This week, the trial for the conspiracy to murder Paul Allen began at the Central Criminal Court.

Terence Woods, leading Adam Butler, is representing Stewart Ahearne, while Avirup Chaudhuri, leading Alfred Underwood, is representing Louis Ahearne. The case concerns the shooting of Mr. Allen in 2019 and is expected to last at least eight weeks.

Both defence teams are instructed by Hannah Sampson at Sampson Bailey Solicitors.
