Following an extensive review of expert medical evidence, Richard Christie QC and Kuljeet Dobe successfully secured a plea to manslaughter in the case of a young man originally charged with murder, after the victim allegedly sustained 11 wounds to the body with a screwdriver. The young man cannot be named for legal reasons.
