Wayne Cleaver & Tom Worden Represent the Crown in a Trial Involving Multiple Sexual Offences Against 3 Child Complainants Spanning a 20 Year Period

Wayne Cleaver and Tom Worden have successfully concluded the prosecution of a four week trial involving multiple sexual offences against three child complainants spanning a 20 year period.
The offending began in the Caribbean continuing when the offender relocated to the UK. Amongst the myriad of complexities was the extra-territorial jurisdiction of the UK over historic offences committed in British Overseas Territories. Sentencing has been adjourned to a later date.
