Wayne Cleaver & Sasha Bailey Conclude Op Topaz II

Wayne Cleaver and Sasha Bailey have concluded the trial of Op Topaz II.
This was the second in a series of trials arising out of large scale drugs supply by an OCG in the Essex area. The principal offender had previously been sentenced to 18 years but continued to operate a drugs business from inside prison whilst recruiting others on the outside to run the operation. A number of defendants were charged with conspiracies to supply and money laundering.
