Tom Worden’s client found not guilty of being concerned in the supply of a Class A drug (cocaine).

Tom Worden secured the acquittal of a client arrested by plain-clothes police officers whilst allegedly carrying out a cocaine deal in a carpark in south London. Following cross-examination of the officers at a five-day trial at Woolwich Crown Court, Tom’s client was found not guilty by a jury. The client’s co-defendant, also arrested at the scene, was convicted.
