Tom Worden’s client has been found not guilty of robbery, s20 wounding (a stabbing) and possession of a bladed article, following a trial at Croydon Crown Court.
The defendant was accused of posing as a potential buyer for a motorbike, before pulling a knife on the owner, stabbing him to the hand and fleeing with the vehicle.
The defendant was identified by fingerprints found on a bloodied document handled by the offender at the scene.
His defence was that he had been wrongly identified, and he was unanimously acquitted by the jury.
Tom was instructed by Libi Adoki at Taylor Rose MW.
