Sean Kivdeh Secures Acquittal in Southwark Crown Court Trial

28 May 2025

Sean Kivdeh successfully secured the acquittal of his client on charges of aiding and abetting serious sexual offences following a two-week trial at Southwark Crown Court.

The prosecution alleged that the client had acted as a lookout, preventing members of the public from entering the road where a sexual offence was said to have been committed by a co-defendant

After careful deliberation, the jury returned a unanimous not guilty verdict, fully acquitting Sean’s client of all charges.

Sean was instructed by Miles Herman of Lewis Nedas Law.
