23 September 2025

Sania Nissar represented a 21-year-old university graduate facing allegations of violence against his ex-partner, in the presence of their, then, 18-month-old child.

The Prosecution case relied upon recordings taken by the complainant at the time of the alleged incident which she stated showed her being chased, evidenced injuries, and showed acts of aggression from Sania’s lay client.

After a two day trial Sania’s client maintains his good character.

Sania was instructed and assisted by Milan Charles-Shim-Hue of MTC Solicitors
