Rapist Convicted After a Trial Prosecuted by Emma Nash

Emma Nash secured another conviction against a serious sexual offender. Rory Miles was convicted after trial of the rape of a woman in 2019. Emma was instructed throughout and advised at every stage of court proceedings, her skill in cross examination demonstrating clearly to the jury that  the defendant was not credible in his version of events.
