EB denied causing bodily harm by wanton or furious driving. He was found not guilty by a jury following a trial at Oxford Crown Court. The prosecution alleged that EB had been cycling in a “reckless” way. But Kuljeet Dobe, defending, said he was travelling at a pace that was “little more than walking speed”.
