Emma Nash Represents Prosecution in Youth Football Coach Sexual Abuse Trial

Derek Hinchcliffe, a youth football coach at professional club Southend United FC in the 1970’s, was today jailed for his sexual abuse of 4 children while coaching there. He was sentenced to seven years and seven months after being found guilty of 11 counts of sexual and indecent assaults.
