Daniel Kersh Represents Client Accused of Aggravated Burglary

Daniel Kersh Criminal Defence Barrister

Daniel Kersh secures acquittal for client accused of an aggravated burglary. 4 defendants were accused of travelling down from London to an address in Ashford in Kent, before breaking into the victim’s house, and then threatening him with combat knives, assaulting him and stealing his valuables and a car. The enterprise was categorised as a well organised sophisticated operation.

Daniel Kersh’s client was the only one to plead not guilty and have a trial, even though he accepted attending with the others.

The trial at Canterbury Crown Court before the Resident Judge involved careful cross examination of the OIC regarding investigative failures and forensic analysis of CCTV served. Highlighting the discrepancies in the Crown’s case, ultimately led to the client’s acquittal.

Daniel was instructed by Chandrakant Solanki of EBR Attridge.
