Emma Nash secured the convictions on all 7 counts of a sexual abuser deemed dangerous by the Court. He was today sentenced to an extended sentence of 17 years, with a 12 year custodial element. The trial, which started in September 2021 with pre recorded cross examination of his child victim was completed in April 2022 with unanimous guilty verdicts from the jury within 90 minutes of retiring.
