Sean Kivdeh Secures Acquittal of a Defendant on Charges of Facilitating Unlawful Immigration

Following a four week trial at Snaresbrook Crown Court, Sean Kivdeh secures the acquittal of the main Defendant in a five handed case. The charges were conspiracy to facilitate unlawful immigration under section 25 of the Immigration Act 1971.
