R v OK –

Kate Nutter was instructed in this case where OK was charged with possession of false identity documents with intent.  The defendant was wanted by Interpol and had a complicated immigration status.  Following submissions on the relevant case law and mitigation, OK was sentenced to 12 months’ imprisonment.
