Laureen Husain instructed to defend father charged with causing serious harm to his 2 month old baby. The baby suffered seven different fractures to his ribs. Careful analysis of phone evidence, consideration of unused in relation to medical evidence (consultant paediatrician and radiologists) led to a basis of plea being submitted. Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence.
