J was described by the prosecution as the ‘prinicpal controlling member’ in two drugs conspiracies (Class A and Class B). He was also charged with an unrelated ABH at a pub which knocked out the victim’s tooth. Sentenced to a total of 3 years 8 months following guilty pleas, dealt with by Tom Worden
