Ali Dewji successfully applied to dismiss a charge that his client had breached an Anti-Social Behaviour Order related to cold-calling and rogue-trading. For a related breach his client received a suspended sentence. The order had been made as result of earlier proceedings in which Ali did not appear but which are reported here:
