Dr Andreas O’Shea, instructed by Ola Yusuf, partner at Taylor Rose MW successfully defended a man accused of causing grievous bodily harm with intent.
The Defendant was unanimously acquitted by a jury at Harrow Crown Court sitting at Willesden Magistrates.
