Following his 2023/24 posting with the International Criminal Court’s (ICC) Office of Public Counsel for Defence (OPCD), James Onalaja has devised and drafted the course materials for the ICC’s List Counsel Training.
James was also one of the advocacy trainers at the 3-day Annual Training Programme held in The Hague from 23rd to 25th September 2025
