Dr O’Shea Secures Acquittal for Cannabis Production

29 October 2024

A man accused of participating in the maintenance of a cannabis farm was unanimously acquitted notwithstanding links to the car he was arrested in, money and documents found at his residence, messages on his phone and evidence of his presence at the property. His successful defence was that he had entered the property but refused to work at the farm on invitation and that his phone was being used by his co-defendant who also lived at his residence.

Dr Andreas O’Shea was instructed by Mr Mumin Hashim of Hayfield Law.
