Daniel Kersh secures acquittal on all 8 counts of serious historic sexual abuse alleged against a defendant on his stepdaughter.

The jury returned their verdicts following forensic cross examination of the complainant and her family. Daniel Kersh was instructed by Jessica Murray at Hodge Jones Allen solicitors.
