Daniel Kersh Criminal Defence Barrister

Daniel Kersh secured the acquittal of a 76 year old man charged with historic rapes and indecent assaults (6 counts) dating back to the 1970s against three complainants, two of whom were under 13 at the time. The case involved careful cross examination of the three complainants, one of whom had been a child protection officer. The case was complicated by the fact that the Defendant was running different defences against each of the three women.

Daniel Kersh was instructed by Kim Chiswick of Edward Fail Bradshaw and Waterson Solicitors.
