Members of 187 Chambers have been participating in the Criminal Bar Association’s action since 11th April 2022.
From 5th September 2022 the weeks of action, combined with no new instructions (which includes no returns), will come into effect on an indefinite basis.
Members of Chambers will observe any Criminal Bar Association protocols and will ensure that instructing solicitors are kept informed of the position in respect of individual cases at all times.
