Club Security Guard Acquitted of Inflicting Grievous Bodily Harm

A night club bouncer who punched an unruly customer was represented by Dr Andreas O’Shea, instructed by Lewis Nedas Law Ltd, at Southwark Crown Court. He was unanimously acquitted by the jury of inflicting grievous bodily upon the customer after he sustained a broken forearm after two punches to the face delivered by the defendant. He had pleaded self-defence.
