Prior to starting Pupillage in October 2023, Sania was employed by the National Crime Agency and Metropolitan Police where she trained and advised officers on disclosure related matters. Sania has also gained experience as both a criminal and immigration caseworker at two London based firms where she had prepared cases for vulnerable clients.
She has both an academic and practical understanding of the responsibilities involved in bringing a criminal case to Court. From the very start of the investigation process, to the preparation of casework and finally, to the presentation of the case in court.
Once on her feet, Sania will bring this experience to bear in her handling of both defence and prosecution instructions.
