Areas of Law
Harry’s practice encompasses all areas of criminal work, including fraud, serious violence, drugs and sexual offences. He is a persuasive jury advocate and has gained a wealth of experience within the Crown Court and the Court of Appeal, for both prosecution and defence.
In addition to a traditional criminal practice, Harry has been instructed to advise on and appear in litigation before the Tax Tribunal for appellants and HMRC. He has also been instructed to advise on large-scale and complex issues of disclosure and Legal Professional Privilege in the context of private prosecutions and civil fraud.
