Niccola commenced her pupillage with 187 chambers in September 2025.
Prior to commencing pupillage, Niccola has worked with both the Witness Service supporting vulnerable witnesses and as a Court Clerk with HMCTS managing a busy court list. By virtue of these roles, Niccola has gained a practical insight, not only into the workings of the court but the difficulties in attending court and giving evidence. She has extensively volunteered for a number of legal charities since 2017 undertaking research and casework.
Following this, Niccola worked as a Policy Adviser at the Ministry of Justice looking at various law policy areas, whilst completing her Bar Practice Course at the Inns of Court College of Advocacy.
